All registrations for Scientific Symposiums International (SSI) courses, conferences, educational programs, live streams, on-demand programs, recordings, and related products or services are final and non-refundable.
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that SSI does not provide refunds for cancellations, changes in plans, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, inability to attend, or any other reason, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you are unable to attend, SSI may, at its sole discretion, permit your registration to be transferred to another qualified attendee. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by SSI prior to the start of the course.
SSI reserves the right to modify course schedules, faculty, educational content, delivery format, or other program details when circumstances require. Such changes do not entitle a registrant to a refund.
In the unlikely event that SSI cancels a course in its entirety and does not provide a rescheduled, virtual, on-demand, or other substantially equivalent educational option, SSI will provide affected registrants with an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or credit as determined by SSI and applicable law.
SSI is not responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, visa expenses, or any other travel or personal expenses incurred by registrants.
This policy applies to registrations made from the United States and internationally. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under the laws applicable to a particular transaction.
By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy and understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
